Journalism was my passion when I worked as an Editor’s Assistant at the all-news Los Angeles radio station KFWB. I switched to a television newsroom a few years later when I began working for the first all-financial news station, FNN or Financial News Network (now CNBC.) There I worked both as a writer and on-camera news anchor. Eventually I found myself drawn more to the production side of entertainment and began working in the world of small films where one does just about every job from "gopher", to costumes to script and quickly worked my way up to production management. I have also produced music concerts, public and private, as well as large fair-type events. After coming to Eugene I focused my energies on non-profit fundraising until finding my way to the University.
