6:00p to 8:30p: The Art of Conversation: Meet, Greet and Connect; The Art of Conversation is an opportunity for the UO Career Center to bring students from all disciplines and employers together for a night of conversation and great hors d’oeuvres. The night’s activities will focus on allowing students to learn and practice networking skills. Employers will have the chance to meet a diverse and select group of talented University of Oregon upperclassmen excited to learn about the companies in attendance. The program includes time for mingling, eating and a short workshop on the three critical networking skills; Initiating a Conversation, "Schmoozing" and Politely Disengaging from a Conversation.
