Meet hundreds of interested students and identify graduating seniors as well as make early connections with sophomores and juniors. Our Career Fairs are an excellent way to build and heighten your recruiting and visibility efforts on the UO campus.

In an effort to create strong and meaningful connections between UO students and the workplace, we are making some changes to our fair schedule and format. We will be holding slightly smaller fairs with just 70 available spaces for each of the fall, winter and spring events. And to provide students with as wide a variety of industries as possible, we are capping the number of companies per industry. The spaces will be reserved on a first come first served basis.

Which employers should attend?

Any employer that is actively or passively recruiting college students.

Interview Day

Stay a night and take advantage of our Interview Day to get the most out of your recruiting trip. As you meet students that are possible candidates for your organization, sign them up for an interview time and meet with them the very next day.

Can material be shipped?

The UO Career Center is pleased to accept your shipment of display units and promotional material in advance of the fair. All shipments must arrive at the Career Center no later than Monday on the week of the fair. The shipping address is:

Travel & Lodging

The University of Oregon is located in Eugene, a city of 140,000 at the southern end of western Oregon's Willamette Valley. Eugene is served by a major airport (EUG), Amtrak rail service, and major bus lines.
