Why recruit on campus?  This is where the students are!  Our On-Campus Recruiting Program (OCR) lets you bring your opportunities directly to the students! If you are able to make the effort to come to campus, your organization will have a big advantage and the students then are more likely to consider what you have to offer.

Our UO-JobLink system makes the interview process easy for both you and the student. Requests for an interview date are made through the system; once approved, the students then apply online, and the ones selected will then sign up for an interview through UO-JobLink as well. >>go to UO-JobLink to request an interview date

Coming to one of our Career Fairs offered each term? Stay a night and take advantage of our Career Fair Interview Day to get the most out of your recruiting trip. You'll get a schedule the morning of the fair, and as you meet students that are possible candidates for your organization, sign them up for a time and meet with them the following day to continue the screening process.
