All currently enrolled students already have UO-JobLink accounts that are just waiting to be activated. Faculty/staff accounts must be created (a 2-minute process) by following the instructions below.
- You must complete all fields with a red *, even if they do not apply to you. This system is primarily designed for students and alumni.
- Use your real staff Id number (950xxxxxx) so your account does not conflict with any student accounts in the system.
- If you are affiliated with one or more specific schools or majors, please choose them for your Majors(s). If you are unaffiliated, you can choose Undeclared under the Other option.
- Your Degree Level, Graduation Date, GPA, and Work Authorization are not important - enter anything.
- Choose Faculty or Staff for your User Type and Year in School.
- Set your Email Preferences (this is where you say you would like to get our weekly newsletter)
- Select no for Include my resume
