Investigator/Claim Representative (located in major cities in all states)
In this position you will learn how to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle auto, property, and injury insurance claims. You will learn how statutes and laws are applied in determining legal liability. You will work in a professional environment with a high caliber workforce. If you are an excellent communicator, have customer service experience, and are looking for a career where you will be challenged on a daily basis, then this is the position for you!
Risk Analysis/Underwriter (located in DuPont, Washington, just north of Olympia)
In this position you will learn about the level of risk associate with issuing State Farm Insurance® policies. You will communicate with our sales agents and their staff to gather information to make an informed decision about an application for insurance. An underwriter has the responsibility of individual risk selection, placement, classification, and pricing of automobiles and personal or commercial structures relative to the company’s underwriting standards.
