1. Who’s Hiring? Log into to UO-JobLink, click ‘Postings’, ‘Postings for UO students’.  In the grey area under Show me, there is an ‘All CIP Postings’ option.  You can see all employers that are scheduled to interview on campus.

2.  Upload your Resume Most CIP interviews require that you submit your resume through UO-JobLink. Before your resume is cleared through the UO-JobLink system, it has to be approved by one of our career counselors. This can take up to a week, and we suggest that you upload it well in advance of the resume submission deadline.

3. Get Ready The UO Career Center has numerous resources that can help prepare you for an upcoming interview, including a student library of materials, drop-in counseling, and mock interviews.

4.  Apply Once your resume is approved, you may apply to the job posting until the posting deadline, you can submit your resume and any other documents though the job posting in UO-JobLink.  *Some employers  also request other documents such as cover letters or transcripts, so be sure to read the posting carefully and submit all the required documents.
