NACE International Student Virtual Career Fair – now through May 16
200+ Jobs & Internships for F-1 and J-1 Visa Students
We know it can be difficult for international students studying in the United States to connect with employers willing to hire you. Through the UO Career Center and NACE International Student Virtual Career Fair you can have direct access to employers offering online jobs and internships abroad or in the U.S. Currently, there are over 50 employers offering 277 jobs and internships to international students studying in the U.S. These employers are seeking international students studying business, accounting, finance, marketing, management, supply chain, math, science, computer science/IT, economics, engineering, communications and more.
Who Can Participate?
The virtual career fair is open to all international students earning associate, bachelor, master, or Ph.D. degrees in the U.S. who:
* Wish to return to their home country for full-time or internship opportunities.
* Are currently pursuing one-year Optional Practical Training (OPT) and/or long-term opportunities in the U.S.
* Are currently pursuing summer Curricular Practical Training (CPT) internships in the U.S.
IMPORTANT: International students should talk to an international student advisor in the UO International Affairs office, 330 Oregon Hall, to discuss employment options and eligibility.
Why Participate?
* Gain access to over 200+ full-time and internship opportunities with employers targeting international students for opportunities in the U.S. and abroad.
* A sample of employers hiring international students include—Cisco, Coca Cola, Procter & Gamble, KPMG International, JPMorgan Chase, Sony Corporation, Shell, Stryker Corp., Monsanto, Disney Worldwide, etc.
