Career Development Internship Program The Career Development Internship Program (CDIP) offers students academic credit for engaging in supervised, pre-professional, career-related learning experiences. CDIP enables students to gain professional experience, develop skills, explore career fields, and contribute to the missions and goals of professional organizations, all while earning academic credit. CDIP engages students in truly rewarding internship experiences by having them take on new and challenging projects, document their career development in writing, and conduct career-related informational interviews.
