Winter Internship Fair & Interview Day

The Winter Internship Fair is the largest recruiting event of the term. Dozens of employers will be at the Career Fair looking to hire UO students for internships as well as volunteer opportunities. Recruiters from corporations, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations will be representing a wide range of industries and fields. Most of these organizations are looking for students in all majors. Many employers will be scheduling interviews for the day after the Internship Fair.

Career Fair Preparation Tips:

• Research the organizations and the positions they are offering before the career fair  >> directory of organizations
• Attend Career Center Workshops (especially the Preparing for the Career/Internship Fair workshop)
• Dress professionally
• Bring copies of your resume
• Come prepared to schedule an interview with the employer(s) of your choice
